Tarangire National Park is one of the most outstanding places in Tanzania with about 2850 square kilometers to its name. It shelters Kirk’s dik-diks, Olive baboons, Cape buffaloes, caracals, vervet monkeys, leopards, gazelles, elands, wildebeests, wild dogs and so much more.

Detailed Itinerary for the 7 Days Luxury Tanzania Safari
Day 1: Journey from Arusha Town to the stunning Tarangire National Park
This day marks the beginning of your most unforgettable Tanzania safari experience and it is within Arusha Town. Following the delicious breakfast at the Hotel in Arusha, hop into the open safari Land Cruiser for the road trip to Tarangire National Park.
On getting there, waste no time and immediately start the game drive that will see you unravel the hidden secrets of this untouched wilderness area.
The game drive ends in the afternoon when a stop is made at the reserved safari Lodge or Camp for a hot lunch. A proper game drive continues immediately after lunch where several unexplored parts of the Park will be visited.

Day 2: Continue to Serengeti National Park
A sumptuous breakfast awaits you at the Lodge’s restaurant before enjoying another game drive, this time while exiting and heading to Serengeti National Park.
Get the chance to see even the animals that were missed on the previous day and given the diversity on this day, a lunch box shouldn’t be forgotten. Arrive Serengeti National Park in the late afternoon where a picnic lunch will be enjoyed.
Afterward, begin driving slowly through one of Africa’s best safari destinations with some of the highest numbers of wildebeests, African bush elephants, cheetahs, lions, buffaloes, gazelles, wild cats, spotted hyenas, zebras, yellow baboons, Defassa waterbucks, Topis, bushbucks, to mention but a few.
Leave by sunset for dinner and overnight at your Luxurious Safari Lodge or Tented Camp.

Day 3&4: Serengeti National Park game viewing experiences
The next two days in Serengeti National Park will be spent uncovering the reasons why it always tops the bucket lists for most African safaris.
Included on your itinerary is the full-day game viewing experience on the first day as well as a walking safari and a visit to the outstanding Masai community.
For the Park-based activities, there will be views of honey badgers, African wild dogs, African bush elephants, spotted hyenas, striped hyenas, black-backed jackals, Black Rhinos, African golden wolves, vervet monkeys, genets, Cape buffaloes, side-striped jackals, leopards, warthogs, wildebeests, gazelles, mongoose, Aardvarks, yellow baboons, Aardwolves, cheetahs, and many others.
The next nights will still be based at the same places of lodging.

Day 5: Leave Serengeti National Park for Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Early in the morning as the moods are already high, you will have breakfast and prepare for transfer to your next safari destination.
Your safari continues to the spectacular Ngorongoro Conservation Area, haven to giant elands, wildebeests, Kobs, Black spotted hyenas, African bush elephants, gazelles, lions, Hippos, side-striped and black-backed jackals, zebras, wildebeests, Masai giraffes, Cape buffaloes, Black Rhinos and impalas that are commonly spotted when you visit the floor of Ngorongoro Crater.
For Lunch, it will be in the middle of the wilderness in the form of a picnic meal, and in the evening spend some time in the Masai Community (Boma) to relish their exhilarating cultural dances, unique symbols, traditional attire, and local cuisines. Later, the driver take you back to the swanky Lodge or Tented Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: To the spectacular Lake Manyara National Park
The journey to the remarkably outstanding Lake Manyara National Park starts immediately after a sumptuous breakfast.
There is a short game drive where the final views of Bushbucks, African bush elephants, Black Rhinos, Masai giraffes, Cape buffaloes, wildebeests, black spotted hyenas, Hippos, warthogs, gazelles, Defassa waterbucks, black and white colobus monkeys, zebras, giant elands, Olive baboons and Kobs will be enjoyed before leaving Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
On arrival, continue to the exquisite place of lodging for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

After breakfast, undertake the last game drive in Lake Manyara National Park with hopes of seeing the tree-climbing lions that call this Protected Area home.
Also, keep a keen eye and ear to the other animals before making your way back to Arusha Town/Airport with a road trip. Once you get to Arusha, continue with your other arrangements.
